I haven't made ice cream for a long time. I was a little discouraged because I wasn't able to get my ice cream maker to freeze the way it was supposed to freeze. When I posted about my worries last time Brian from The Chocolate Gourmand suggested that I try putting half the mix at a time in the ice cream maker. I did that this time (I'd only made a half batch) and success!!!! Thanks Brian!Once again, it is the Vanilla Ice Cream from The Chocolate Gourmand. I love that stuff.
