I bought some beautiful finger limes from the Powerhouse markets. I didn't end up cooking with them unfortunately, but I did follow a tip from the Poison Doughnut blog and emptied one into a glass of soda water. The pearly beads danced up and down the glass in a fascinating show. It also made the soda water taste great with the extra fun of having the little lime bubbles burst in your mouth as you were drinking.
