Cheat's Chicken Curry

I love Japanese curry. It's a really nice soothing flavour. I also love the creamy sauce contrasting with the crispy fried chicken when you buy it. When I make it at home, I don't bother frying the chicken and it loses that textural contrast. One day I was pondering on what to have for lunch and decided to improvise. We had some Ingham pre-coated chicken pieces in the freezer. I cooked them in the oven and let them get nice and crisp and then served that over rice and added the Japanese curry sauce. It was as good as when you buy it. Yum.
